Job Description & Expectations:

• Drive Business Growth: Actively build your presence on social media and post regularly to attract new clients.
• Deliver Stress-Free Planning: Interact professionally with clients, tailoring dream itineraries to their unique needs, wants, and budgets.
• Maintain Peak Organization: Self-manage your booking portfolio, track client payment deadlines, and monitor new supplier promotions to secure the best pricing.
• Commit to Professional Growth: Set your own hours, but actively attend live trainings, participate in monthly team calls, and provide timely client communication.
• Meet Sales Benchmarks: Maintain a motivated, driven mindset to meet or exceed our baseline yearly sales goal of $25k.
• Represent the Brand: Embody professionalism and showcase top-tier communication skills as a representative of our agency at all times.
